Use flash cards to remember things or index cards if you prefer that name. Write down a demand on one side and the talk on the other. Carry them nearby with you and use them at moments when you have spare time such as sitting in a traffic jam or standing in an elevator. You could also put this to use if you are learning a foreign language. Put the English on one side and the foreign translation on the other. You could start with the English or foreign word first.

Associating

One thing that I can tell you for sure about memory is this. Comprehension new things requires you to build on the things you already know to understand this new concept. Use things you already know to make sense of them. Some people find compound interest confusing, but as soon as you tell them that it is just like a snowball rolling down hill and as it gets bigger it collects more, the concept becomes a whole lot more clearer.

Stretch Your Brain

By learning to use your brain in new ways you will come to be more creative and your mind will have a lot more ways to learn how to encode memories for future reference. Try expanding your brain by doing something captivating that makes you think in new ways such as Sudoku, Kakuro or learning a foreign language.
